MANAGEMENT
Management reports directly to the Founder and is responsible for creating marketing budgets for each artist or artist group, ensuring they receive credit and royalties properly.
The lifeblood of CMG is its Management because an artist's career depends greatly on the harmony of the business conducted between the Artist and the Manager. Publishing, Marketing & Promotions, and other related departments must be met regularly so the company's overall objectives are maintained.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant reports directly to CMG's Founder and ensures that all required tasks are completed within the organization's objectives.
MARKETING & PROMOTIONS
Creating the consumer experience of our products is the responsibility of CMG's marketing department. Managing the artist's public brand is the responsibility of our marketing specialists. As part of this, you need to design and maintain social media pages, websites, and all other sales channels. Team members will create graphics for online publishers and blogs. A distribution funnel will be provided to the artist detailing all possible outlets for building press and media attention.
PLANNING PRODUCER
As a point-of-contact for affiliate and operational clientele, such as sponsorships, set design, costume and makeup, and other necessities for the operations of the business, CMG's Planning Producer works closely with the Booking Manager. Organizes all company gatherings and events as the company's event planner.
MINISTER OF MUSIC
Together with the pastoral staff and the Session, the Minister of Music oversees the ministry of music in the church. This includes using the congregation's musical gifts as a means of and aid to worship, teaching the congregation to minister to each other through music, encouraging the fellowship of those who share a love of music, and encouraging the development of musical talent among all age groups within the congregation.
PUBLISHING
CMG Publishing manages all the publishing rights for your music. Making sure that you get paid for your music includes finding opportunities for it and making sure that it is heard. We put the artist and his or her work first. This includes everything from the artist's development to the music they create.
BOOKING MANAGER
CMG's Booking Agent solves live performance placement problems by managing relationships with festival coordinators, promoters, and other event planners. Booking Managers and Publishers make cold calls for artist placement, so their jobs are similar. Booking Managers, on the other hand, are primarily concerned with live performances and appearances of artists.
PUBLIC & ARTIST RELATIONS
Press releases and branding for each artist on CMG are handled by Public & Artist Relations. In order to achieve placements for the artist, they reach out to magazines, labels, and streaming services. As well as gathering high-resolution photographs and building an interesting biography and album description, they are also responsible for developing the story or pitch of the artist. In order to stream services and sell digital documents, they produce the metadata and copy information needed.
